But
then the question remains intact, if not Modi or the BJP, well, the answer. Well, given by the party itself by
making an earthshaking change in Rajasthan and MRajasthandesh by removing the
strong leaders like Vasundhara Raje and ShivraRajengh Chouhan by giving Chouhan seat to a completely new leader like Bhajan Lal Sharmaadav. The message
given by the party was loud and crystal clear: a party makes the leader and not
the other way around. The party, its ideology, and its organization
have to be the central power and not an individual. Think of a party as an organization
that practically any age from any company, legally, it's assumed to be a living
entity without an end where whereas humans are mortal. By making this comparison, it
is clear that the party wanted its organization to shine and not an individual.
By making such an important change secretly party has given a message that the party gives priority to the organization
rather than an individual, and it has also created a new space in the minds of
its ground workers to work honestly, who knows they could be the next CM or CM star campaigner. This change, which may sound very odd to the outside viewer, was not just a small change to shake things up, but it was also an experiment
that was carried out very well. The party wanted to see a few things. Firstly,
it wanted to see if the people would accept the new leader as the new face, which
would clear the theory that the people trust the party to give them good
leaders. Secondly, the party wanted to see if there was any discontent among the
party workers and the MLAs/MPs regarding the selection. The litmus test is very
clear whether the leader is faithful to party ideology or they are here just
for the benefits. In short party wants to find people who want what can be
thought of as a member with benefits relationship with the party. And lastly, it
wanted to create a punishment and reward system and show its karyakartas
that they don’t just make rules but abide by them as well.
The small scale
of theirs is a preparation for a bigger jolt; it may be possible. In the preparation for these small states so that they can change the pm candidate in the last
moment when Modi retires, then who retires, to be the face? It can be no one,
and since everyone has expected some names like Yogi, Amit Shah, and Annamalai. The
name would surely be someone who is not very well known or may have worked well, but their time is yet to come.
The
party has successfully created a perception among the people of India that what the party does has an immensely
deep research involved in it, and leaders are chosen meticulously. When the party
has given a chance to Modi, a no-body or a very small karyakarta, so to
speak, then all karyakartas are highly motivated to work hard so they can see
themselves on the throne next.
For now, it's just a theory, or maybe a mere fiction of some random writer on the
internet, but soon, it will be an axiom. When the party confirms its motives
in the election, after modifying the agenda and the vision of the party will be much clearer.
But for now, it's just a small theory.
So the question for now stands irrelevant, if
not Modi, who,?tTheanswer is simple, the party will find someone who is relevant
and aligns with the ideology of the pparty But surely it wont be from the famous
leaders that are already established, if we keep promoting and making them the
pm, how will we ever have new leaders emerging?, the question of succession
will then be like what the congress follows presently it will be dynastic which is something the party has always discouraged and detested.
The
party is not on its way to create a virtuous cycle or a system that will make
sure to bring new leaders who are hard working and working for the betterment
of the people, not for the betterment of an individual. It wants to give space
to the emerging new faces and new leaders without compromising the ideology,
they know what happens when ideology is compromised. The people desert the
party, and it no longer remains. Making these changes is important to
the political landscape of India, so it stays truly democratic in letter and
spirit.
S., is it that only the JP is working towards
restoring the democratic values? Is the opposition doing nothing?
Well, to understand the party, one needs to understand 3 things.
1. 1. Look
at its leaders and see what their views are about India and its people; we need
to understand their vision.
2. 2. Look
at the party's motive, vision, and mission, and what are their plans to achieve
them? Are they well equipped to fulfill them? Has the history of the party been one of fulfilling their promises?
3. 3. And
the most important, what is their plan for making further succession, are they
going the dynasty way, or are they serious about bringing forward a new candidate?
The last criterion e the most important
one, simply because if there is no further line of succession
or a new leader to take the space, then the party may give a wrong or bad
message to the people of India. Also if the gap of leadership is not fulfilled
then there will be a new crisis emerging which will lead to and aam aadmi party
types crisis, where one man is the leader and the party renders toothless when
the leader is jailed, it no only makes the party weaker but also taints the image
in the public that the party is the individual and vice versa.
Well, it's all for the time that shall
tell us what is going to happen in the future, all we can do is just wait and
watch, but just remember no one is too important, everyone is replaceable. In the
brutal raj of the Britseveryonee said If not the bBritswho shall rule us efficiently? That image has been shattered long ago; it's just a matter of time before other such images will be shattered soon.
